On the above picture you see the Ferry Terminal Building located in Auckland on 99 Quay Street. The building is near the harbour of Auckland. It is still an active ferry terminal. The building was designed by Alex Wiseman. The Ferry Terminal Building was built at the cost of £67,944. The building was built in 1912 and was renovated from 1986 to 1988. In November 1988 the building was officially reopen.  It has been constructed on a granite basement; the building is sandstone and bricks. When the Ferry Terminal there has been no official ceremony, so when it reopened in 1988 only then a solemn ceremony was held.
